Philippe and Sophie are not new to the restaurant business, as they are already serving you at their Rouge Bistro restaurant, with its breathtaking view of the Loire.

Warm and bright, the Loire Hotel's table "les Cocottes" offers a different and tasty cuisine. As a nod to the beautiful recipes of our grandmothers, the hot dishes are served in a cocotte in a setting that honors the gallinaceous!

The beautiful hens have taken possession of this place, in a hushed and contemporary atmosphere.

The cooking is home-made, from fresh and essentially local produce. The menu therefore evolves with the seasons.
